Having gained expertise while practicing with the former M/s Rao & Emmar, Chartered Accountants for 25 years, I G Nanaiah founded our Firm in March 2006. I G Nanaiah has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1980.
Clients across various sectors have immense respect for his deep-rooted understanding of the practical business scenario and his application of knowledge of various laws, with his ability to elucidate clearly to his clients as well as government officials. His experience has been cherished among various clients to help them convey their perspectives to their relevant business communities, considering his simplistic, witty manner of arriving at a settlement in case of gaps in communication.

M M Muthanna has been practising as a Chartered Accountant since 1977. He co-founded our Firm in March 2006. Upon his appointment by the Department of Finance & Banking, Government of India, he served as a Director of Vijaya Bank for five years.

Meghana Belawadi is oriented towards problem solving in any environment. With the outlook of an idealist, she came on board with the Firm in July 2018, after a stint at PwC Bangalore in the Mergers & Acquisitions division, and thereafter a two-year resolute working in the GST domain with Singhvi, Dev & Unni. An alumnus of Christ University, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in July 2015. Her passion is to remain a student, to never stop learning, to stay motivated, with her optimistic smile and empathetic ear. Meghana has interest in the curricular and co-curricular activities of students pursuing graduation and post-graduation courses.

Nikhil Nanaiah has been associated with the Firm since 2011, and has witnessed the expansion of our practice. Along their journey, several clients have found companionship in him during their discourse on the hitches in the practical business world. He is the man that calms a storm. His has an eye for detail, the patience and skill to deconstruct a difficult situation, and the composure to bring clarity to any issue.
Having completed his schooling from Coorg Public School, Kodagu, Nikhil, who is passionate about sports, combines in him the qualities of discipline, hard work and leadership in the pursuit of excellence. Nikhil is half-way through his final examination to qualify as a chartered accountant.
